Strength Builder



Strength Builder classes are paced out slower and more in-depth with posture breakdowns. It is great for beginners to build a solid foundation and develop a better understanding on posture alignment before moving onto grace flow classes.

It is also suitable for intermediate students who are mastering more advanced poses, learning correct posture alignment. Classes are also taught with breath work, meditation, scriptural themes and Christian music and sometimes there are flows and sequencing integrated into the classes as well.
