Stretch and Rest is a restorative yoga practice which incorporates a range of poses and stretches focusing on rejuvenation and restoration.

With our high level of stress in our lives, this practice of long stretches and long holding postures are great for physical restoration as well as soul care time on the mat for prayer and meditation. These classes are taught with breath work and meditation with Christian music to teach you how to be still.
